“Troy Martin is founder and director at Trogen Consulting, specializing in mobile and wireless technologies. When Troy is not designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing wireless networks, he can be found teaching others about the art and science of Wi-Fi in classes all over the world. With over 25 years in the realm of networking, Troy has delivered wireless solutions in typical wireless environments as well as more demanding locations such as mines, refineries, and chemical plants. He is passionate about connecting things without wires and is thrilled to be part of the IoT explosion. Troy holds several industry certifications, most notably the CWNE #90, CWISE #002, and CCIE Emeritus #20999 (R&S, Wireless).
Troy lives in Canmore, AB and spends much of his time snowboarding or cycling in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.”
