Oleg Dulin is a software engineering leader who specializes in building business platforms and software ecosystems. He focuses on the structural decisions that allow technology organizations to scale—architecture, governance, and the systems that enable many teams to build and evolve software together over time.
He writes and speaks about human judgment in an age of intelligent tools, exploring how AI-driven development changes the role of engineers and technology leaders. His work examines the intersection of enterprise architecture, organizational design, and the responsibilities senior technologists carry when execution becomes abundant but accountability does not.
