Mary Fasang is an IT professional with over 20 years of industry experience. She holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach.
The majority of her career has been in Healthcare and Industrial Manufacturing, including Helpdesk, Systems, Telecommunications, and Middleware Administration roles. She currently works as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at an industrial glass manufacturer.
Mary’s love for technology started in the 1980s assisting her father, an electrical engineer, with his semiconductor patent submissions. She learned to use a computer by typing up his patent applications in the MultiMate word processor and working with CAD in Digital Research’s GEM software.
In addition to her passion for networking, Mary enjoys running, eating, cycling, snowboarding, reading, and taking pictures along the way.
