Shannon is a Client Architect at Dimension Data (NTT), based in South Africa. He has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise networking, with a strong focus on wireless and security solutions in the financial, retail, mining and industrial verticals.
He has a Masters in Networking and Systems Administration, is an active CCIE-W#14628 and CWNE#228. Shannon regularly contributes and authors wireless training and exam content as an SME for Cisco in his spare time.
