Vincent Paul {VP} Celindro is a seasoned technology leader, senior sales executive, and former network engineer with nearly two decades of experience in Internet infrastructure, SP & Enterprise networking, and technical solution development. His career uniquely bridges deep engineering expertise with strategic business leadership, allowing him to translate complex technical challenges into scalable, revenue-driving solutions.
Vincent began his career as a network engineer, where he designed, deployed, and operated large-scale routing and switching environments. His engineering foundation includes obtaining JNCIE & CCIE certifications, systems architecture, troubleshooting mission-critical infrastructure, and optimizing performance across complex distributed environments. This hands-on operational background continues to inform his consultative and solutions-oriented approach to enterprise sales and customer engagement.
Today, Vincent combines his technical depth with executive-level business acumen, serving in senior sales and technology leadership roles where he partners with organizations to modernize network infrastructure, strengthen reliability, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
In addition to his professional work, Vincent currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the North American Network Operators’ Group (NANOG), one of the premier communities dedicated to advancing the stability and security of the global Internet. In this leadership capacity, he collaborates with network operators, engineers, and industry experts to shape programming, governance, and technical discourse across the North American internet ecosystem.
A frequent industry speaker and advocate for the operator community, Vincent is known for his ability to bridge engineering precision with strategic vision.
