Robert Boardman shares his thoughts from Aruba Atmosphere 2018 in this post. He enjoyed seeing more of NetInsight, the analytics platform that came out of Aruba’s acquisition of Rasa Networks. He also enjoyed the roundtable discussions coming out of Mobility Field Day Extra held at the event.

Let’s Talk About Paessler

Paessler presented at Tech Field Day Extra from Interop ITX last month, giving an overview of the PRTG monitoring solution. Robert Boardman has been using PRTG in his home lab, and was anxious to get more details during the presentation. While being Windows only is a bit of a limitation, Robert really enjoys PRTG’s self-contained nature, its fully customizable sensors, and that it allows for distributed monitoring.
